Terms & Conditions

Liability and Responsibility: Making a reservation shall be deemed to consent to the conditions outlined as follows:

Great Expeditions, acts solely as an agent in good faith for the product provider (cruise line, tours, etc.), has no responsibility whatsoever in whole or part for any occurrence including but not limited to any delay, cancellation, changes, loss, accidents, personal injury, sickness, medical expenses, or property damage occasioned by fault or negligence of any person, employee or company entrusted with the performance of such service from whatever the cause. The agent, tour operator, cruise lines, or the owners of vessels or accommodations, have no responsibility whatsoever for any expense or inconvenience caused by late arrivals and departures of trains, airplanes, busses, autos or any changes of schedules beyond its control. Norwegian Cruise Lines reserve the right to change or abandon all or any part of the cruise program whenever advisable. Tickets and vouchers contain further limitations of liability and a statement of such is available upon written request. Your acceptance of the tickets and vouchers constitutes an agreement to all of the terms and conditions stated on them.

Special Offering: No other specials offered by Norwegiancan be applied to this group rate. Offer is capacity controlled with a limited number of cabins set aside at special rates, once sold out additional cabins may be available at increased rates. This reservation with 1st deposit and payment schedule below, insures a cabin with above special rate.

Payment: Reservation deposit of $425 per person is due October 25, 2011.   Final Balance is due January 5, 2012 along with names of cabin mates and Protection Insurance.  Reservation amounts to be paid by check to Great Expeditions;  2nd and final payment may be charged to major credit cards.   *Mini Suite and other category reservations require full $450 per person reservation deposit  to insure cabin category selection.

Cancellation:  Cancellation after 1st deposit up to January 1, 2012 $25 penalty and $25 booking fee deduction per person  Cancellation after January 5, 2012  50% plus booking fee up to February 1, 2012  thereafter; no refund.  Cancellation policy is based

on group rate and restrictions by Great Expeditions and require written notice. Additional provider exceptions noted here: Great Expeditions reserves the right to cancel any guest for non-compliance of schedule payments, nonpayment of scheduled deposits or final cruise payment without written notification of cancellation prior to due date will result in loss of deposit and fees. A fee of $25 -$50 will be assessed for name changes to bookings after final payment depending on finalization documents and policy.

Signature Authorization -I have read, understand and agree to the terms, liability, responsibility, payment schedules, deposit policy and cancellation policy stated above. No other offers implied or stated are valid unless stated above or attached. This reservation form becomes a contract upon receipt by Great Expeditions and is enforceable by the laws of the State of North Carolina. If the undersigned guest fails to meet the outlined deposit/payment schedule, Great Expeditions reserves the right to cancel reservation and assess the cancellation fee as outlined above. I understand that cruise itineraries, ships, and schedules are subject to change with or without notice.
